Quartz is a mineral resource with very stable physical and chemical properties. Quartz is a short name for the plates produced by quartz plate manufacturers at present. It is called quartz stone because its main component quartz content is more than 93%.
Production process flow of quartz stone:
Raw material collection - material selection - batching - mixing - cloth - pressing plate of vacuum forming press - heating, curing and shaping - thickness determination by thickness determination machine - trimming by trimming machine - polishing by polishing machine - Inspection - film coating warehousing.
Process flow description:
1. Raw material collection: procurement of glass, quartz, resin and other raw and auxiliary materials.
2. Material selection: use fan, iron removal equipment and manual selection to remove impurities and iron filings in granular raw materials.
3. Batching: after material selection, the materials shall be transported into the mixing system. The materials are fully mixed in the weightless mixer to eliminate the problems of material color difference and particle uniformity. After mixing, it is transported to the corresponding batching bin, and the batching system automatically batchs during production.
4. Mixing: fully mix unsaturated polyester resin, pigment, additives and granular powder.
5. Cloth: the mixed materials enter the cloth truck through the conveyor belt, and then the cloth truck evenly distributes the materials into the cloth mold frame.
6. Pressing plate of vacuum vibration forming press: after the cloth is distributed, it is transmitted to the press equipment for vibration pressing under the vacuum condition of -0.1mpa.
7. Heating, curing and shaping: after pressing, the blank is put into the curing furnace and heated at 85-110 ℃.
8. Thickness fixing machine grinding: after the blank is solidified, it is cooled for 24 hours and enters the thickness fixing equipment for thickness fixing.
9. Plate cutting: use vertical and horizontal cutting and bridge cutting machine equipment to cut the product to the required size.
10. Polishing machine: after the thickness is fixed, water grinding and polishing shall be carried out through 20 head polishing machine. According to different requirements, Polish until the gloss reaches 40-70 °.
11. Inspection: inspect the appearance quality of the plate.
12. Packaging and warehousing: the cut products are packaged after air drying and stored in the warehouse.
