QUARTZ STONE PRODUCTION LINE
Sinone’s artificial quartz stone production line is primarily composed of a raw material storage and conveying system, weighing system, mixing system, distributing system, pressing system, polishing system, and laboratory equipment. The quartz stone press is the core product of the entire production line.
In 2010, Sinone pioneered the world's first air spring pressurization structure, offering a simpler and more efficient design that significantly reduces mechanical failure rates. The main components of the press are made from cast steel, effectively enhancing mechanical strength and durability. The vacuum chamber adopts a specialized structure, greatly reducing vacuuming time and ensuring stable and efficient operation. This guarantees that the slabs achieve excellent flatness, uniform texture, high density, superior hardness, and a non-porous surface.
The production process follows these steps:
1.Weighing & Mixing – Raw materials (quartz powder, sand, etc.) are precisely weighed and transported via conveyors to the mixer. Additives (resin, curing agents, coupling agents, etc.) are pre-mixed separately before being combined.
2.Distributing – The blended materials are evenly spread using the distributing system to create the desired slab patterns.
3.Pressing – The mixture is placed into the vacuum vibration press, where it undergoes high-pressure compaction and shaping.
4.Curing & Cooling – The pressed slabs are cured in the curing oven and then cooled in the cooling chamber before being discharged.
5.Cutting & Thickness Calibration – The cured slabs are cut to specified dimensions and sent to the thickness calibration machine for precision grinding.
6.Polishing – The slabs undergo fine polishing using an automatic polishing machine, ensuring a smooth and glossy finish.
7.Final Packaging – The finished slabs are coated with protective film and securely packaged for delivery.
